SS Laser Service
Plan the next step

Start with a repair review, before arranging shipment.

Share the model, existing fault records and your preferred service route. The first step is to establish whether further evaluation is appropriate and what information is still needed.

From inquiry to a decision

Agree on the scope at each stage.

Scope and preliminary assessment timing are model-specific. See the current Verdi V18 service scope; confirm the applicable work and timing for other models before arranging shipment.

01 · Share existing information

Identify the unit and symptoms

Send contact details, the model and a short account of the fault. Label photos and existing records help; use only materials already available to you.

02 · Confirm the review scope

Establish a practical next step

Confirm whether the request can proceed, needs more information or falls outside the service scope. Ask which person will handle the next step and when to expect an update.

03 · Agree before further work

Review the proposed work and costs

Before authorizing a paid assessment or repair, confirm its scope, deliverables, charges, timing and the arrangements if you decide not to proceed.

Choose a suitable route

Remote support, module evaluation or full-unit intake.

These are possible routes to discuss, subject to technical review. Availability is confirmed for each request.

Existing records first

Remote review or support

Existing logs and labels may help establish the next step. Confirm the limits and any charges for further support; not every fault can be resolved remotely.

Specific source or component

Module-level evaluation

Ask whether the identified module can be assessed separately. Confirm its identity, interfaces and intake requirements before removal or shipment.

System context required

Full-unit evaluation

Some requests need more of the installed system for evaluation. Confirm technical acceptance and written shipping instructions before sending equipment.

Before shipment or authorization

Make the commercial details clear.

Record the agreed terms for your project rather than relying on a general website statement.

Assessment and repair

Confirm what is included

  • The assessment or repair scope and any separate charges
  • The findings, test records or other deliverables expected
  • The approval needed before additional work
  • The arrangements if repair is not viable or you decline the quote
Logistics and acceptance

Confirm how the unit will move and return

  • The contracting party, receiving location and intake reference
  • Packaging, shipping and responsibility for related costs
  • The estimated timing and how updates will be provided
  • The agreed acceptance checks and any applicable warranty terms
Ready to discuss your unit?

A short fault description is enough to start the conversation.

Include the model and what changed. Additional documents can follow after the inquiry is received.
