Practical controls

Prepare the mark on the machine.

Create or import marking content through the touchscreen and USB interface. The system supports text, serial numbers, dates, barcodes, QR codes, vector artwork and bitmap images.

  • Graphic formats include BMP, JPG, PNG, DXF, SVG and PLT.
  • Text imports include TXT and Excel files.
  • Review the artwork, target mark size and required finish before selecting a setup.
Material first

Match the equipment to the actual surface.

Glass, plastics, ceramics and coated or bare metal surfaces can respond differently. Send a material description or sample request to establish what is suitable.

Before ordering

Equipment questions.

Can I request a material test before choosing equipment?

Yes. Send the material, artwork and target result through our sample assessment page. We will review the request and confirm whether a test can be arranged, together with the sample requirements, cost and timing.

What should I include in an equipment inquiry?

Include the material and surface condition, workpiece size, marking artwork, quantity or expected throughput, delivery country and any required accessories. We can then confirm the proposed configuration and quotation details.

Does a marking inquiry also cover glass cutting?

This page covers surface marking. Glass cutting needs a separate process assessment with material, thickness and drawing details; a successful surface mark does not establish cutting performance.

What operating arrangements should I plan for?

Confirm the workspace, laser protection, ventilation and operator training needed for the actual application before use. The supplied configuration and operating instructions should be agreed during equipment selection.
