Looking for a sample mark or a processing partner? Send the workpiece, artwork and acceptance requirements. We review the fit first, then confirm whether a sample test or processing route can be arranged.
Equipment supply and sample or batch processing are separate requests. The assessment establishes what can be supported for your specific material.
01 · Share the requirement
Material, artwork and target finish
Send photos, material grade, coating details, workpiece dimensions and the mark you want to achieve.
02 · Agree the sample plan
Scope, cost and timing
If testing is suitable, confirm the sample quantity, shipping arrangements, evaluation criteria and responsible team before dispatch.
03 · Review the result
Choose the next step
Use the agreed sample results to decide whether equipment selection or a separately quoted processing request should proceed.
Sample assessment
Show us what a good mark looks like.
A photo of the workpiece and a reference finish make the first discussion more useful. Glass surface text marking is one application to assess; cutting, drilling and subsurface engraving require a different review.
Material type, grade and any surface coating
Workpiece size and flat or curved marking area
Artwork, mark size, contrast and durability targets
For a batch request, include the quantities, handling requirements and acceptance criteria. Availability, material suitability, setup, price and lead time are confirmed for the project before an order.
Batch size, repeat orders and target delivery date
Part drawings and any fixtures or positioning needs
Inspection method and acceptable variation
Delivery location, packing and traceability requirements

Should I ship my workpiece with the first inquiry?
Please send the details first. Wait until the sample requirements, receiving address, handling arrangements and return plan have been agreed.
Is every material or batch accepted?
Acceptance depends on material, surface, geometry and the requested result. The first review confirms whether a suitable test or processing route is available.
Can you quote before I have a finished drawing?
Send the information available, including photos or a sketch, material details, approximate quantities and the desired result. We can identify what else is needed for a useful quotation.
